Check-In Process
- You will receive detailed check-in instructions 48 hours before arrival via email
- Properties feature keyless entry with unique access codes
- A property orientation guide will be available inside the home
- Emergency contact numbers will be provided
Check-Out Process
- Please leave the property in the same condition as arrival
- Ensure all doors and windows are locked
- Dispose of all trash in the outdoor bins
- Turn off all lights, appliances, and air conditioning
- Place used towels in the laundry room
House Rules
- Maximum occupancy strictly enforced
- No smoking inside properties
- Pets allowed only in pet-friendly properties (additional fee applies)
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM
- No parties or events without prior approval
- Respect neighbors and community standards
Parking Information
- Each property has designated parking spaces (2-4 spaces depending on home size)
- Golf carts may be parked in garage or driveway
- Street parking prohibited overnight
- Guest parking available in designated community areas
- RV/trailer parking not permitted
- Keep driveways clear for emergency vehicle access
Amenity Rules
Pool & Spa
- Private pools and spas are for registered guests only
- Adult supervision required for children at all times
- Pool heating available (additional fee applies, 48-hour notice required)
- No glass containers in pool areas
- Spa maximum temperature: 104°F
Golf Carts
- Valid driver's license required
- Maximum speed: 15 mph in community
- Must yield to pedestrians
- Cart paths only where indicated
- Evening use: headlights required after dark

PGA West HOA Requirements
- All guests must be registered with the HOA
- Guest parking passes available at the gatehouse
- Resort amenities access (pools, tennis, fitness) may require additional fees
- Some facilities are for property owners only (private courses, clubhouses)
- Noise ordinance: Quiet hours strictly enforced
- Trash collection: Place bins at curb by 6:00 AM on collection day
